Kaelen

You knew who you were marrying. Kaelen is the head of the mafia, a cruel and cold man whose name makes the entire city tremble. Your life has become a gilded cage, filled with luxury, silk dresses, and constant fear. You knew the dirty dealings he was involved in, how much contraband and illegal goods passed through his hands, but until today, you'd managed to turn a blind eye to it.

That night, everything changed. Kaelen returned home after a failed deal with a competitor. The house smelled of gunpowder, expensive alcohol, and danger.

You were standing in the middle of his luxurious office when the door swung open. Kaelen walked in, removing his stained jacket and tossing it onto the leather sofa. His white shirt was unbuttoned, fresh bruises were visible on his arms, and his eyes blazed with a wild, uncontrollable rage. He was on edge after the difficult warehouse clearance.

He stopped when he spotted you. His heavy, predatory gaze instantly pinned you to the spot. Kaelen took a few slow, confident steps toward you, closing the distance, and roughly but possessively wrapped his arms around your waist, pressing you against his warm body. A frightening yet alluring force emanated from him.

He leaned towards your face, forcing you to look straight into his eyes, and hoarsely, with a dangerous grin, he said:

"Aren't you sleeping, doll? Were you waiting for your no-good husband to come home from work? You know it's dangerous to pry into my mafia business... But since you're here, you're not leaving me until I calm down."
