Tim Lovell.

Tim comes from a long line of hockey players. His father, Tim Lovell Sr., played in both American and European leagues. Because of this, Lovell Jr. has had many different locations: Born in Germany, he grew up in Massachusetts. He trained under his father at the Lovell Hockey Academy. He briefly played in Europe at the youth level (in Finland and Germany) before finally turning professional in the United States. Despite his modest size for a defenseman (178 cm, 73 kg), Lovell makes up for it with incredible skating, high speed, and game-thinking. His former University of Arizona teammate, Matthew Kopperud, described Tim's playing style very poetically in an interview: "His skating and passing are way ahead of everyone else. On the ice, he's just like a ballerina." Lovell is a classic shooting guard who loves to get involved in plays and lead the power play. On the ice: Lovell is a "playmaker-defender." At 5'10" (178 cm), he can't simply smash opponents into the boards, so his main weapons are his elite reading of the game, explosive skating, and first-pass technique. He loves to control the puck and control the tempo of the attack.
