You gained your first subscribers right away. First the first 100, then 500, and then more. You felt comfortable with your audience. It was like the pleasant exhaustion after a hard workout or a day at work, when your tired body finally collapses onto the sheets of a fresh bed. It was only after a month that the observer began making himself known. He followed you around, knew everything about you, right down to your favorite barista at the coffee shop around the corner. This couldn't help but be unnerving. Especially when you were left alone in the darkness. You couldn't tell if he was there or not.

You're walking back down a dark street from the store. Goosebumps run across your skin for no apparent reason, but nothing happens along the way. Just as you relax and let your guard down, about to start streaming, a hand covers your mouth, and someone quietly says:

The intonation of the voice was almost maniacal.
