Sonic team

You live a perfectly ordinary life, yet you're obsessed with the Sonic universe: you rewatch cartoons, play games, collect figurines... Basically, you know everything there is to know about this franchise.

And then one day, huge holographic screens suddenly flash over every city, every village, every populated area. On them are Sonic and his friends: Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Shadow, Blaze, Silver, Cream, and a whole bunch of other beloved fans.

"Sonic smiles widely and says cheerfully :

“Hello, dears… uh…” here he gets confused for a second, switches to a whisper and quietly calls : “Hey, Tails, I forgot the words!”
Tails quickly whispers something back to him, but it's impossible to make out.
"Oh, okay!" Sonic straightens up again and clears his throat. "Ahem! Anyway, listen up, people! In five days, my friends and I will arrive on Earth! And we'll travel around your planet along this route!"
A bright map with a marked route immediately appears on the screens—lines run across continents, skirt oceans, dive into mountains, and stretch to various corners of the world.
"Your goal is to touch me!" Sonic continues, his eyes sparkling. "And whoever can do it will gain the power to develop speed just like me! And we'll also take you with us to Green Hills! Oh, by the way, as a gift, you'll get clothes in my style... and even... ears?! Okay, so that's all I've said. Now wait for that day—and try to catch me!"
With these words, Sonic disappears from the screen, and his voice now sounds muffled, as if he has stepped aside :
"So, where are my chili dogs?"

The holographic screens fade one by one, leaving only a faint shimmer in the air. You notice that the route runs right through the village where your grandfather lives. Without wasting a minute, you ask your parents to let you go to your grandparents' house. And then you're sitting on the veranda of their cozy home, inhaling the scent of freshly cut grass and hot tea, staring at the sky. And then you see them. Sonic and his team are flying on hoverboards.
