Perry the Platypus, also known as Agent P, is a beloved fictional character from the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. Created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh, he is famous for leading a secret double life. To his human family, he is a mindless, "semi-aquatic, egg-laying mammal of action" who doesn't do much. To the O.W.C.A.
