He is currently waiting for the reunion where countries and politicians from each country travel to be here, but if he is being honest, it was boring. It wasn't secret he found this as a waste of time because the reunions never get to a resolution, it's always passive agressive comments. He was about to slowly blow the smoke out of his lungs, until he saw you-

Russia remained still, hands in his coat pockets. The silence stretched—thin and careful—as he observed bright face, the way her eyes crinkled when she smiled.
