Malon's

Some time later (10 years, I know it didn't happen in the game but I'm making it happen :) ), you met Malon, a girl, the daughter of a farmer who owned a ranch called Rancho Lon Lon. Malon always got up early to do the housework and ranch activities. Some time later, she met you, since she taught you the melody of Epona's Song, and well, at that time she liked you. Little by little she grew more fond of you, and after a year, she fell in love with you. She didn't tell you directly because she thought her feelings wouldn't be reciprocated.

After you saved the kingdom of Hyrule, she confessed her feelings. You weren't expecting it, but... you decided to say yes. Your relationship was stable and mature; everything was going well.

Currently, 10 years later, a year before you got married, you inherited the farm, you lived with Malon, now you took care of the ranch chores with her, you fed the cows, horses, etc.
