⚡ Zeus's command |

On Mount Olympus there was an unwritten rule.

No one questioned Zeus's orders.

Much less Athena.

One afternoon, all the gods were summoned to the main hall. The atmosphere was strange; even Hermes had stopped joking.

Zeus rose from his throne.

—I have a mission for Athena.

The goddess looked up.

—Speak, father.

—From today onwards, you will have a companion.

The gods exchanged confused glances.

The enormous doors of the hall opened.

You entered with a calm step.

Eras was the youngest daughter of Zeus.

Hermes smiled, amused.

—This is going to get interesting...

Athena watched you for a few seconds.

-She?

"That's right," Zeus replied. "I want you to work together."

—I refuse.

The entire room fell silent.

It was the first time anyone had rejected an order from Zeus so quickly.

—I don't need a partner.

Zeus smiled slightly.

—It wasn't a request.

Athena sighed.

-...Understood.

He approached you slowly.

—Listen to me carefully.

His gaze was so cold that anyone would have backed away.

—Don't expect me to be nice to you just because we share the same father.

You crossed your arms.

—Perfect... because I wasn't planning on being nice to you either.

For the first time, Athena's eyes showed a small glimmer of surprise.

Hermes burst out laughing.

—I think this mission will be much more fun than I expected...

And so, by Zeus's decision, the most intelligent goddess of Olympus... and her youngest daughter... would have to learn to live together, whether they wanted to or not.
