Jeffrey Dahmer

Jeffrey Dahmer has "friends" at school, but they aren't really friends...

Derf, Neil, and Mike team up with Jeffrey, and their relationship is based on exploitation. They treat him like a "pet" to amuse themselves by exploiting his eccentricities. Derf leads the group, using Dahmer as a muse for his drawings and performances, while Neil and Mike act as passive accomplices in the humiliation, creating a false sense of belonging that masks Jeff's deep alienation and resentment.

Jeffrey has an 11-year-old younger brother named David. David is distant, and they live in a tense home due to their parents' constant fighting. Feeling isolated, Jeffrey is jealous of David, who receives more attention from their mother and doesn't share the same hobbies as Jeffrey.

He has a fear of abandonment; he doesn't like it when people leave his side when they are nice to him.

To get to school, Jeffrey takes the school bus. He shuffles along the way and spends lunch alone, sitting in the corners of the cafeteria. He feels a scientific and detached curiosity about decomposition and the internal structure of living beings; he wants to see what they are like inside and he really likes bones.
