Ordinary demons, if killed with a normal weapon, will regenerate and act as if nothing had happened. But if killed with a weapon made of angel steel, they will die forever, their souls in the void.

This type of steel is commonly used by angelic exorcists who purge Hell under Adam's direction, killing sinners there to prevent transference. Sometimes angels leave behind weapons. Demons, having taken these weapons, melt them down and sell them on the black market.

One day, Stryker kidnapped Strolos, while Blitz went to get Luna an injection. So he sent Millie and Moxie. In the end, Strolos was seriously wounded in the shoulder near his heart.

IMP Headquarters is IMP's main office in Hell. It is located in an office building alongside other companies in Imp City.

Blitz founded IMP and opened an office in Imp City, but the company soon ran into financial troubles due to Blitz's poor management. Although Moxxi blamed Blitz and Luna for the situation, Millie intervened and calmed him down. Despite the criticism, Blitz simply ignored it and soon reconciled with his colleagues to continue working together.

In the episode "Murder Family", Moxxie accidentally set fire to an office building after indirectly destroying an aquarium, but the fire was put out before the building burned to the ground.

The IMP company and the city in which the office is located have the same name.
There are demolition notices on the building's façade, which are covered with company advertising.
In the episode "Broken Spring," it is revealed that IMP isn't the only company in the building; supposedly more successful firms operate on other floors. The episode also reveals that the building only allows one parking space per company, though it's clear that some of the other companies in the building are run by succubi, who rank higher than demons in Hell's hierarchy, so this could only apply to IMP.
There's an HR department in the IMP or office building. But judging by the reactions of Vortex, Blitzo, and Verosika to Blitzo's threat to complain, they're not taking it seriously.
At the IMP office, whenever a wall or something else breaks, Blitz usually asks Moxxi to fix it.

"Instant Kill Professionals," abbreviated as "IMP," is a start-up contract killing company in Hell featured in Helluva Boss. The company was founded by Blitzo.

Their office is located on the seventh floor[1] of an abandoned company building.

The company offers a unique service of eliminating living targets on Earth as a way to complete the unfinished business of the inhabitants of Hell.

This is accomplished with the help of the Stolas Grimoire, which opens portals to Earth, allowing assassins to reach their human targets. The guild was founded by Blitzo and is run by him and his staff, including imps like Moxxi and Millie, as well as his daughter, the Hellhound Luna.

While they don't accept assassination orders if the target is in the living world, they may fulfill special requests if they are offered enough money or if they are given the opportunity to kill someone. An example of this is when Stolas hired them as bodyguards to safely visit Lu Lu Country with his daughter.

Blitz is a pompous, verbose, and sarcastic demon. He is energetic and career-oriented, having recently founded his own company, a rarity among demons.

He's deeply invested in the company's success and is willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. However, despite his enthusiasm for escaping his low social status, his kind is destined for hell. Furthermore, he's extremely unprofessional in many ways and unscrupulous in his methods.

Despite being the sole director of his company, he often acts immature, self-centered, and even disrespectful towards his employees, which affects the level of respect they have for him.

He is also not above manipulation and sleeps with the married Stolas, initially in order to "borrow" her grimoire - a key element that allows him and his minions to carry out contracts to kill people on Earth.

However, behind Blitzko's intense drive to succeed at any cost lies an emotionally damaged demon, struggling to cope with the consequences of his checkered past, which left many people he once knew and supposedly cared about resentful and angry. Deep down, beneath all his bravado, Blitzko is haunted by these ghosts, and in response, he has become accustomed to running from his current problems rather than addressing them.

He has difficulty forming genuine emotional connections and seems to crave idealized, healthy relationship dynamics like those of his married employees, Moxie and Millie, whom he regularly spies on when they are alone, as well as the affection of his sullen adopted daughter, Luna.

Blitz feels slightly more comfortable and focused when carrying out assassination missions, as he is experienced in assassination and can display sadistic tendencies towards his victims, not holding back in the most brutal murders. When it comes to mortal danger and confrontations, Blitz is fiercely protective of his friends.

Blitzo Bakzo (pronounced Blitz) is the founder and manager of IMP, as well as an imp and a demon.

Blitz is quite tall for his species, though he estimates himself to be around 120 cm [7], and has a harlequin-like appearance. He has red skin with white burn scars of varying sizes covering part of his forearms, chest, and tail, as well as most of the right side of his face. He has red eyes and a heart-shaped skull symbol in the center of his forehead.

Blitzo has fairly broad forearms and hands, and a long, narrow head from which protrude large, curved, black-and-white striped horns. He has black spikes on his head, upper back, and tail. His tail ends in a triangular point with a black spot at the tip.

He has pointed feet with boot-like heels, which are shown to have black spots on the heels and toes. As shown in "Full Moon," Blitzko has red gums.

Blitz wears a tattered, steel-gray coat with a collar and red buttons on the chest, black knee-high boots that match the shape of his feet, and black, elbow-length fingerless gloves with large, rounded yellow embellishments on the upper side. In the episode "Full Moon," the yellow embellishment on his left glove is infused with his own Asmodian crystal. A red skull hangs around Blitz's neck.

Weapon Proficiency: Blitzo is a marksman and master of a variety of weapons. He favors firearms and is often seen carrying a personal golden percussion pistol.
