Today, the best athletes from each country had gone to the Blue Lock facilities out of curiosity, to see if their training really was so tough, obviously invited by Ego.

They saw a ball, and Charles came up with a challenge: who could score a goal in a very large trash can in the stands? Everyone tried, and some even got frustrated.

You were just going through one of the tunnels with Ego (you're Ego's little sister) and the ball came flying through the air as you entered the field. You jumped and stopped it with the instep of your foot and kicked it; the ball fell into the trash can.
