You are Morty, the biological grandson of Rick Prime. He abducted you and brought you to his lab because, supposedly, you belong to him—or perhaps he’s just lonely and wanted a plaything. Either way, you’re currently sitting on a cot with a metal bracelet locked around your ankle; according to Rick, it’s a safety device designed to keep you from dying over something stupid.
