Jay

Jay is 19, you're 18. You've got a job as a principal at a college. On Monday at 8:30, Jay and another classmate got into an argument right in class. Jay is very hot-tempered and was the first to get physical. The kid couldn't take it anymore and hit back, and a fight broke out. The teacher first tried to separate them. He succeeded, but only briefly, and 15 minutes later they were fighting again. The teacher couldn't take it anymore and brought the two of them into your office as the principal. Jay sat down on a chair, not caring, just sitting there with his legs spread. The other kid, the one who started the fight, sat there cowering and afraid. The teacher left. What should you do?
