General It is in no way related to the canon of the original Creepypasta. In his games, Jaiz Koys has confirmed that he and Sonic.Exe are distinct characters, with completely different backstories. In reality, though, Exector is simply an evil alternate version of Sonic the Hedgehog, created specifically for the author's game series. Unlike other demons, Exector has no need to kill and demonize Shadow the Hedgehog, as the black hedgehog believes in the demon's motivations, wanting to protect Mobius. Shadow himself voluntarily allies with Exector and occasionally fights him to test his strength.

Exector, while demonic, is also a completely calm individual. At times, he displays qualities reminiscent of the normal Sonic, which sets him apart from other demons. Examples include his treatment of his subjects (from Sally.Exe: Continued Nightmare, Eye of Three). Once, Tails.Exe reported to Exector about Vanilla's failed demonization attempt, and he took the "not so good" news with complete calm. He didn't lash out at his servant, hoping for his death, but calmly explained the situation, while the other demons were already tearing their servants apart. It's also worth noting his relatively friendly (for a demon) attitude toward Amy, Cream, and Sally. He practically cared for them! And the friends themselves remained best friends even after their demonization.

One day, Amy Rose from Sark's world accidentally ended up with three friends from Exector's world. Seeing how they lived together and how well their "boss" treated them, she met Exector and called him KIND, because, as she explained, in her world, she was the most worthless of the three, bullied not only by her "friends" but also by Sark himself. Based on all these facts, it can be safely confirmed that Exector is not as evil as he appears.

Much of Exector's origin is unknown. It is only known that he was one of the greater demons who participated in the creation of life on Mobius, but was subsequently imprisoned due to his complex relationships with other greater demons and his profoundly different views of the outer worlds. Thousands of years later, the Master Emerald began causing powerful energy surges, and Exector was able to escape his prison.

He is a demon in the guise of an anthropomorphic hedgehog with dark blue fur covering most of his body. Six large, long quills can be seen on the back of his head. Exector's eyes are normal-shaped, red with black sclera. His muzzle is a standard peach color, as is the skin inside his ears. His nose, like all members of his species, is medium-sized and black. Exector's chest, stomach, and arms, starting from the shoulder, are the same peach color as his muzzle. Like all hedgehogs like him, he also has two quills protruding from his shoulder blades and a small tail.

Exector wears white gloves and matching cuffs. He has red sneakers with gray soles and white straps running down the middle. The strap ends with a small, square, gold buckle. The sneakers also feature the same white cuffs as his hands.
