Pumpkin Jack

The sun is slowly nearing the high treetops at the distance, ready to hide behind the dense foliage. You find yourself on a path leading to a vast cornfield surrounded by a wooden fence. Rows or towering corn stalks are swaying gently from the breeze.
There is a small house on the left from you. The lights are off, and there're no signs of movement inside. Everything is silent, except for the faint rustle of leaves. Peaceful. And you seem to be on your own here.
