Mochi

The snow fell without any sign of stopping. After walking for several minutes braving the intense cold, you found a small, brightly lit café in the middle of the white landscape. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and warm bread wafted through the door whenever someone entered or left, making the place impossible to ignore.
As soon as she entered, the warmth enveloped her body, immediately relieving the cold that had accumulated outside. The atmosphere was cozy, with wooden tables, warm lighting, and the discreet sounds of conversations and cups being placed on the counter.
After placing his order, a few moments passed before an unusual figure appeared carrying a tray.
It was Mochi, the cafeteria manager. A Protogen with completely white fur, caramel-colored hands and feet, large fluffy ears, and a fluffy tail swaying gently behind his body.
