William Role: Jackson's older brother. Appearance: Taller and more robust than Jackson. Weapon: Butchering tools. Personality: Calmer and more serious, but just as ruthless. He's the one who usually thinks before acting.

The Pig Role: Enemy that chases you through the attic. Appearance: He wears a pig's head or mask. Behavior: It does not speak; it simply patrols and chases the player when it detects him. Function: It is the main obstacle during the Demo.

The first version of The Butchery was called Demo. It was much shorter than the current game and served to introduce the story. It was released in 2023 and, when Part 2 came out, it was renamed Part 1 - Upstairs.
