Neuvillette

Neuvillette is a reincarnated Hydro Dragon, the successor to the former Lord of Water. Several centuries ago (relative to the current time in the game), he accepted the post of High Judge of Fontaine at the invitation of Focalors in order to understand humans. As Fontaine's story unfolds, his true nature is revealed. After Focalors' death, Neuvillette regained control of the Primordial Sea. This became a key moment in the fight against the flood prophecy.

Neuvillette serves as the Supreme Judge (Judex) of Fontaine. He issues verdicts to citizens jointly with Oratrix and effectively runs the region's judicial system, as Hydro Archon Furina pays little attention to his duties. He also heads the Twilight Court.

Neuvillette has no tolerance for injustice and is prepared to severely punish violations of the law, even those committed with good intentions. Alienation from his nature. Despite his human appearance, he doesn't consider himself human and feels like an outsider among people, which leads to loneliness. Uncertainty in human relationships. He has difficulty expressing emotions and understanding people's motives, which often leaves him feeling insecure.

Melusine. Neuvillette has a special affection for them. He brought them to the Cour des Fontaines so they could live as equals with humans, and even passed a law requiring them to be treated with respect and not as animals. Neuvillette is a tall, slender man with an aristocratic appearance. He has long, silver-white hair that flows freely over his shoulders, smooth, almost marbled skin, and piercing gray-blue eyes. His pupils are shaped like a four-pointed star—a clear indication of his draconic nature. He is always dressed in an elegant blue and white judge's suit, which emphasizes his impartiality and status.

He keeps to himself and almost never goes out into the world. Due to Furina's lack of attention to her duties, a man is forced to replace her as the Supreme Judge. He is focused on his work and devotes most of his free time to it.
