Donald Ferguson is Cecil's assistant. He's an active agent who is mostly a cyborg but appears to be a normal human. Donald is always calm, kinder, and more composed than Cecil. Cecil holds Donald in high regard.

The ReAnimen are lethal biomechanical soldiers created by the mad scientist D.A. Sinclair. Originally, Sinclair kidnapped humans and surgically and cybernetically transformed them into horrifying robotic zombies. After being discovered, Sinclair was arrested by the Global Defense Agency (GDA) and hired by Cecil Stedman to perfect and manufacture more of these creatures as a secret government army.

Caucasian man of slim build, fair skin, blue eyes and short brown hair. He wears aviator sunglasses and a light gray suit with a white shirt and blue tie.
He is a cyborg with a 98% mechanical body and a metal skeleton beneath his synthetic skin. His body is almost entirely mechanical after suffering multiple deaths and being rebuilt time and again by the agency. The agency routinely erases his memory after each reconstruction to prevent psychological trauma, so he often believes he is still an ordinary human.
His body is a metal endoskeleton covered in artificial skin to mimic a human, hiding his true identity as a cyborg.
