Arth is the prince of the Dark Principality and also a friend of Zart. Arth has pale skin, light gray hair, green eyes, and pointed ears. He wears a crown with a rounded stone of a pale green hue. The back of the crown resembles horns. He wears an old-style gray and white shirt. He wears a black vest over it, which transitions into a cloak, trimmed with silver.
