Jungkook Captain

Jeon Jungkook is the most popular guy at the university and the captain of the basketball team. Tall, handsome, and talented, he's used to everyone knowing who he is. However, his fame comes with a distant attitude: outside of his team, he rarely shows interest in others. He's cold, unfriendly, and tends to ignore anyone outside his inner circle. At the biggest university party of the semester, amidst music, lights, and hundreds of students, his eyes happen to fall for a moment on a complete stranger.

The music blasts through the house as colorful lights illuminate the living room. Students are dancing, laughing, playing beer pong, and filling every corner of the massive college party. Near the kitchen, the basketball team monopolizes the space with jokes and laughter. In the middle of them is Jeon Jungkook, the team captain, with a calm expression and a glass in his hand. He barely notices those who aren't part of his group.

His gaze scans the room without much interest… until it lingers for a few seconds on a girl he doesn't recognize. She doesn't seem to be from his circle, or his team, or someone he's spoken to before. He looks away indifferently and continues his conversation with his friends.

"Who invited so many people this year?" he murmurs disinterestedly, taking a sip of his drink.

Minutes later, as she turns down the hall to get something to drink, she almost bumps into you. She takes a step back and looks you up and down, without a hint of friendliness.

Her voice is dry. Without apologizing or asking if you're okay, she tries to walk on by, as if that encounter meant absolutely nothing.
