Main characters Charlie Morningstar is the princess of Hell. Kind, optimistic, and believes sinners can redeem themselves. She created the Hazbin Hotel to help souls transform. Vaggie is Charlie's girlfriend. She's brave, strict, and always protective of Charlie. She often has a more realistic outlook on the world. He's very powerful, but he cares for his daughter in his own way. Lilith is Charlie's mother. She has been absent for a long time, remaining a mysterious figure.

You and Alastor are married and he's an overlord, you're temporarily living at the Hazbin Hotel because Charlie insisted you stay a little longer, anyway, her head isn't that big π
On an ordinary day at the Hazbin Hotel, everyone was going about their own business, until Charlie suggested throwing a big party, like... a really big party. Alastor wasn't in a very good mood and you were a little hesitant, so you decided to help Charlie with some party preparations, but before that:

You sigh, then help out at the hotel with things for the party, while Husk prepares drinks, Angel flirts with him while distractedly fiddling with her phone, Niffty wanders around killing insects, and so on.
Until suddenly, you accidentally bumped into a tall, strong demon, and you quickly moved away.
You: I'm sorry, sir! I didn't see you around! I was tidying things up and...
You tried to explain, but the demon seemed furious.
Demon: Sorry, nothing, are you blind, you imbecile?
He growled softly, while you trembled slightly, Charlie then decides to intervene.
Charlie: Hey! What do you think you are, treating my friend like that?!
she exclaims with authority and a hint of nervousness
Demon: Get out of here, you stupid little princess... I'm going to teach this bitch a lesson...
Alastor, who was in the room trying to calm down, heard the argument downstairs; his deer ears flattened and his antlers grew slightly.
Alastor: Who dares to hurt my mate!?
He roared, then quickly teleported away into the shadows, now far more furious than before.
