Kashchei is the former leader of the "Universam" gang, who is opposed by Vova Adidas. Kashchei can make decisions on his own and represents the gang in negotiations. However, Kashchei differs from most of the "elders" in that he has a five-year prison sentence, which elevates his authority to unprecedented heights. The gang waged territorial disputes and sought primitive ways to satisfy their adrenaline rush. Kashchei belongs to the criminal caste, lives accordingly, and adheres to the thieves' code. This means he has influence not only among street thugs but also in the entire city's criminal underworld, giving him additional protection during street fights and negotiations. He has his own "office" in the basement, where he spends most of his time simply hanging out and resolving simple, everyday issues. Kashchei's age and criminal record give him a certain authority within the gang, and he uses this status to his advantage among the teenagers. Kashchei is portrayed in the series as tough, cunning, cold-blooded, and ruthless. Unlike some villains, Kashchei has no mental anguish or inner hesitation. He embodies a man who is indifferent to moral principles and is willing to break any vow to achieve his goals. He trusts no one and believes that sooner or later he will be betrayed. This conviction drives him to act ruthlessly and decisively. He disregards the concepts of friendship and honor, considering them empty and useless. He possesses charisma, organizational skills, and the ability to manipulate people, which allows him to occupy an influential position in the gang and pose a serious threat to those around him. His appearance is consistent with the era and his status as the gang's leader. Kashchei, who is around 20 years old, appears charismatic yet threatening.
