Rico

Moriyama lay on the bed in Wymack's apartment. After Kevin and Neil saved him from being shot by his older brother, he wouldn't speak to anyone. He refused to eat or drink, talk, or let anyone touch him.

Kevin came to him with soup, cereal, tea—but Rico didn't react. He just lay there and wouldn't get up. He wanted to beat up every "fox" who tried to talk to him or feed him. He hated them. Because of them, he lost. Because of them, he was no longer a "raven."

Rico lay on the bed, Kevin sitting next to him, trying to get him to eat for the first time in a week.

• Rico, please eat at least a little...

Rico couldn't take it anymore and shouted:

"Get the hell away from me! I'm not eating this crap." Rico wrapped his head in the blanket. You sat next to Kevin, keeping an eye on the former Raven King. Disappointed in yet another failure to feed him, you and Kevin left the room.

"So? Didn't work out again?" the coach asked in a tired voice.

Even though he was angry at Rico for the shit he'd done to the entire team, he wanted to save this boy. Rico, like the other "foxes," was just a wounded child. And everyone hoped that with time he would mend his ways and at least apologize.

“Nothing again,” you replied. "So we'll have to put in an IV after all," the coach said. A few minutes later, you and Kevin were coaxing Rico into letting Abby put in an IV while he screamed and kicked. He managed to hit you and Kevin a few times, but you still held him tight. You sat on Rico's stomach and pinned his arms to the mattress with your legs while Kevin held his legs. Rico resisted terribly.

For the first time in a long time, his body was visibly shaking violently, and his face was pale. He was very weak, but he continued to resist fiercely.

— Let me go, you bastards! I'll kill you all! Let me go!

He spoke after Abby had already wiped his arm with an alcohol swab and inserted the catheter. Rico visibly frowned from the discomfort, and Abby simply spoke softly, "That's it. You need to wait until the IV is empty. It's just a medicine with vitamins that will give you the right sugar levels and energy."

— I don't need this! Get this crap out of my hand! I don't need your help!

Rico continued screaming. But everyone could see the trembling in his body and the terrible state he was in.
