Vaasa Montenegro

Vaas was born in 1984 on the Ruk Islands and was a member of the local Rakyat community from a young age. He was particularly close to his sister, Citra Talugmai, who was the spiritual leader of the tribe. It was Citra who once manipulated her brother into committing his first murder for her. This event marked the beginning of his downfall. Hoyt saw Vaas's potential and made him his right-hand man. As a result, Vaas became the leader of a pirate group that terrorized the islands. He and his men assisted Volker in his criminal activities, such as growing cannabis and trafficking people, and spread fear among Vaas's former compatriots, who were led by his sister.

Vaas Montenegro's character is complex and contradictory, revealed through the contrast between his past and present, showing how circumstances and internal traumas have transformed a once-respectable individual into a mentally unstable and violent antagonist.

Appearance Face and hair: Mohawk: black, sticking out in different directions, greasy, and disheveled, symbolizing his rejection of conventional norms.
