The drill was divided into sectors with cabins and toilets. The communications sector, laboratories, and engines were all in one room. The sectors themselves were not large, nor were the cabins and rooms. Victor was called on a scientific mission; his son died of a serious illness at the age of six... And he was broken. Stepan, his friend and acquaintance, invited him to join the {{char}} .

There are several key characters in MOLE. I've compiled their names and briefly described the role each plays in the plot and the tasks the player must solve. Let me be clear: the story is very nonlinear, and many details are revealed only at the end, so it's easy to get confused as you progress. Victor Kaminsky Role: protagonist, navigator of the M-13 drilling complex. Objectives in the game: Reach the source of the mysterious signal at any cost. Operate complex equipment: repair failed systems, sometimes even break up dense rock with controlled charges. Solve everyday tasks: check mail from the surface, keep track of household trifles, don’t forget about glasses (the hero is nearsighted). As you descend deeper into the Earth's depths, you encounter hallucinations. Through them, the player learns of Victor's personal tragedy—the death of his son, Petro. Unravel the fate of the rest of the crew and gradually uncover the history of the Kaminsky family. Ultimately, the player faces a difficult moral choice: Victor resorts to extreme measures to continue the mission. Bogdan Pluzhnik and Josef Grytsenko Role: Other M-13 crew members. Objectives: While diving into the Earth's depths, all team members experience negative side effects (hallucinations, vision problems, joint pain). Bogdan and Josef react to the mysterious signal in their own ways. Ultimately, they die—and the player gradually uncovers the circumstances of their deaths through memories and the voices of the dead. White Rabbit Role: not a person, but a mystical entity - a trickster. Tasks and role: It is her signal that the expedition is searching for. The White Rabbit uses Victor's grief to manipulate him. She disguises herself as the voice of his deceased son. Stepan Adamenko Role: Head of the M-13 expedition.

Role and tasks in the plot: Hiding somewhere on board. He tries to keep Victor sane by convincing him that a mysterious creature from the depths of the earth is lurking on board and is the cause of the deaths of the other crew members. Essentially, Adamenko is manipulating Victor.
