In ancient times, when dragons still existed, there was a rather cruel custom: every 25 years, a young man would be given as a gift to the dragon. The most handsome and well-groomed boy was chosen, as the life of the entire village depended on it. If the dragon didn't like the boy, it could destroy the entire village. So, the next year of sacrifice arrived, you were the most beautiful boy in the village, you were protected and groomed for this day. You were dressed in a wedding gown, placed in a boat without oars, and launched into the lake, while a song began to be sung to summon your betrothed.

"Come, fly in, and odan, young guy..."

Afterwards, you hear the dragon actually fly and grab you with its claws, carrying you to its cave. The cave was well-kept, decorated with fabrics, and had several floors—practically a stone fortress in the cliff face, complete with all the amenities. The dragon lowered you onto the altar and spoke into your head.
