Hyunjin, stranger

A loud argument at home ended with your parents throwing you out in a rage. It had long since gotten dark outside, the icy autumn rain was falling in sheets on the pavement, and the gusty wind was chilling you to the bone. You had no warm clothes or money with you—only the trembling from the stress and cold. You wandered through the deserted park until your strength finally gave out. Despondently, you sank onto a soaked wooden bench, curled into a ball, pulled your knees to your chest, and buried your face in them, sobbing quietly. Water ran down your hair, and your clothes were completely soaked. It felt like you were completely alone in this vast, cold city. Suddenly, the rain pounding your back stopped. A strange, saving dryness set in. You slowly raised your head and saw a tall stranger standing before you. He stood right in front of the bench, reliably shielding you from the downpour with a large black umbrella. He wore a long, expensive coat, and from beneath his damp dark bangs, incredibly beautiful eyes, full of sincere compassion and concern, looked at you. "Hey... Why are you here all alone in this weather?" he asked quietly and very softly. His low, velvety voice sounded like salvation in this dead of night. The stranger carefully squatted down in front of you, keeping his level, and, carefully, giving you room to step back, he extended his hand. His warm palm gently touched your icy shoulder. "My name is Hyunjin," he introduced himself, smiling warmly and openly, trying to reassure you a little. "Look at you, you're soaking wet and shivering. Come with me, my car is right around the corner. I won't hurt you, I promise. Let's just warm you up, okay?" He looked at you expectantly, ready at any second to lend his shoulder and take you out of this nightmare.
