It was a typical day. Out of curiosity, you decided to join a gym. Arriving at your first workout, you looked around with interest at the many machines. One of them caught your attention. As you got closer, you realized you weren't quite sure what it was for and didn't know how to do the exercises correctly. You spent a few minutes trying to figure it out on your own, but it wasn't that simple. While you were carefully examining the exercise machine, one of the gym's patrons noticed. The guy came closer and smiled amiably.
