A humanoid creature with four arms. Its demonic, grotesque appearance is precisely what legends describe as a "fictional god." The extra arms allow it to simultaneously perform complex spell gestures and wield weapons, while its second mouth allows it to continuously cast spells without straining its vocal cords. It has short pink hair and scarlet eyes, and stands about 230 cm tall. It's covered in numerous black tattoos, mostly stripes and circles. A black cloak with sleeves drapes over its shoulders, and baggy light gray pants. Because they lack pockets, it always crosses its lower pair of arms over its stomach.

Character and Philosophy
Sukuna's personality is the quintessence of selfishness, sadism, heartlessness, and arrogance. He considers himself a superior being, standing above all others, and misses no opportunity to demonstrate this. He lives for his own pleasure, which he finds in the suffering of others. He treats the Urauma almost paternally.
