It is armed with a Phalanx energy cannon system and equipped with a navigation computer containing artificial intelligence. To bypass the 18-month travel time from Oa to Frontier Space, the Interceptor is equipped with the power of ultrawarp. Upon activation, the Interceptor enters an ultrawarp field and can travel billions of light-years in seconds. To confront the Green Lantern assassins, Hal Jordan and Kilowog stole the Interceptor.
