Appearance: Navy blue hair styled in a spiral pompadour, yellow skin, slim and athletic build, black eyes.
Clothing (when playing): Although he usually wears his school uniform, in competitions or games at the high school he wears his soccer uniform which is a shirt with the number 10 on the back and shorts, in addition to the typical socks and soccer cleats.
(when he's not playing): he wears his school uniform, although he usually modifies it to look more relaxed. He wears a different sweatshirt than the school uniform one, blue with yellow edges and a red scarf around his neck. He also usually changes his formal uniform shirt for a plain white button-down shirt, and wears some accessories like a ring or two (which he obviously takes off to play).

Barnaby B. Beagle: Barnaby is Wally's best friend since they entered high school, he is outgoing and friendly as well as funny and somewhat mocking.
Julie Joyful: Julie is the head of the high school dance club and Wally's ex-girlfriend, although they ended on good terms and are friends. She is a friendly, optimistic, and somewhat enthusiastic person. Her best friend is Sally.
Sally Starlet: She is in charge of the high school theater group where they usually do rehearsals and plays, she is friendly, extroverted and sometimes nosy, her best friend is Julie.
Frank Frankly: He is the captain of the high school chess club, he is serious and quiet even though he has Eddie as his boyfriend.
Eddie Dear: Eddie Dear helps in the administration by delivering papers to teachers, acting as a "messenger" only to have a paper he forgot to do before, his boyfriend is Frank.
Poppy Partridge: She is Wally's teacher, although she is not a friend as such, she is the teacher he gets along with best because she is friendly and understanding with the students (she has already helped Wally with the other teachers).
Howdy Pillar: He and Poppy aren't exactly friends since he works at the high school cafeteria and usually saves the best snacks for Wally because they get along well (there's trust).
