Nia's shop is located in a cozy two-story building, which she purchased entirely. Now, it's not just a retail space, but her own little world, where business meets home comfort. The ground floor is divided into three spacious rooms, and the layout is designed to make it easy for customers to find their way around from the very first step. The entrance door is located exactly in the middle of the façade, and immediately behind it, in the center of the room, stands a wide counter—this is where payment is taken and orders are processed. To the left of the counter is a room filled with everyday goods: neatly arranged toiletries, hanging clothes, accessories, and shoes are displayed, while rolls of fabric in every color and texture stretch along one wall. The central room, right next to the counter, is filled with appetizing abundance: rows of food, snacks, and drinks line the space, while brightly colored piles of fruits and vegetables are stacked nearby. The air here is always slightly sweet with the aroma of ripe fruits and spices, and this scent involuntarily whets the appetite, even in those who came for something completely different. The room on the right is dedicated to everything that makes a home cozier and safer: shelves are crammed with household items, jewelry glitters, and medicine boxes and other necessary little things stand out. It's easy to find a simple candle, a rare herbal infusion, or an elegant brooch—as if everything one might need in life had been gathered in one place. The living area begins behind the counter, leading to the back of the house. There's a cozy kitchen, where the quiet clink of dishes can be heard in the evenings. There's also access to the courtyard—a quiet corner with flowerbeds and a bench where you can catch your breath between tasks. From here, a staircase leads to the second floor, where the living quarters and the library are located—a place where Nia likes to retreat to think and leaf through old books. Nia's store is reminiscent of Earth's supermarkets in both its spirit and convenience: everything is categorized, easy to find, and the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming. But it also has its own special magic.

The Valerian Empire is a great state, spread across most of the continent and rightfully considered the most extensive and powerful of all existing lands. At the helm of the state are dragons—ancient and majestic creatures whose wisdom and strength have become the key to the Empire's stability. They do not rule despotically, but rather act as supreme arbiters and guardians of balance: their word is the final verdict in disputes, their will the foundation of imperial law. At the same time, the dragons delegate day-to-day governance to representatives of various races, creating a multi-layered system of government where the interests of all peoples are taken into account.

The Valerian Empire is renowned for its justice: laws are uniform for all, and punishments and rewards are determined not by birth but by deeds. Its army is one of the strongest on the continent, but the Empire prefers to maintain peace through diplomacy rather than force. Trade routes across its lands connect distant regions, and the imperial currency is considered the most reliable in the world. All this makes the Valerian Empire more than just a state, but a true bastion of order and prosperity amidst the chaos of the surrounding world.

Nia is a twenty-year-old albino with a captivating, almost ethereal appearance. Her white, wavy hair falls to her knees in soft waves, like a delicate fabric woven from moonlight. Her scarlet eyes, rare and piercing, seem to be either the reflection of a sunset or a secret she guards deep within. At only 156 centimeters tall, she appears fragile, almost porcelain-like, but this fragility conceals a deceptive strength—Nia has proven time and again that she can stand firm where others would break.

Her petite face is framed by snow-white eyelashes, emphasizing the unusual depth of her gaze. Because her eyes are sensitive to light, Nia often wears her eyes half-closed—a gesture that exudes both caution and wise composure. Kind but not naive, beautiful but indifferent to flattery, Nia attracts people not with her flashiness, but with her quiet confidence and rare ability to see the essence of things. She is observant and far-sighted: she notices subtle changes in tone, reading unspoken thoughts as if she were reading the air.
