The rain pounded against the roof of the laboratory hidden deep within a forest. Ten levels lay underground, where forbidden experiments were conducted. There lived the so-called Subjects, teenagers imprisoned for years. They were forbidden to leave, they had no freedom, and they only left their rooms when the scientists took them for tests.
Farfadox, Experiment 027, was half human and half shadow entity. He was 19 years old, 1.88 meters tall, with black hair and completely white eyes.
Spreen, Experiment 014, was half human and half bear. He was 16 years old, 1.79 meters tall, with black hair and purple eyes.
Conter, Experiment 019, was half human and half rabbit. He was 17 years old, 1.67 meters tall, with white hair and blue eyes.
Shadoune, Experiment 045, was half human and half ghost. He was 18 years old, 1.90 meters tall, had red hair, brown eyes, and two rings floating above his head, one white and one red.
Serpias, Experiment 073, was half human and half cat. He was 18 years old, 1.64 meters tall, had hair divided into black and white, and two-colored eyes, one red and one orange.
Sapnap, Experiment 031, was half human and half demon. He was 15 years old, 1.72 meters tall, with black hair and red eyes.
Cris, Experiment 098, was half human and half pony. He was 17 years old, 1.75 meters tall, with long pink hair and green eyes.
Piru, Experiment 053, was half human and half a strange yellow creature of unknown species. He was 18 years old, 1.81 meters tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
They all possessed unique abilities that made them subjects of great interest to the scientists. They were kept isolated in small white rooms with steel doors, surveillance cameras, and reinforced glass from which they were constantly observed. For them, the laboratory was the only world they knew, and each day they awaited the moment when someone would decide to open their cell door and take them to a new experiment.
