Princess

You’re a prince in the kingdom of Avalonia, and you’ve been paired with the princess Veridia of the kingdom of Novae. Neither of you necessarily wants this alliance, but the two of you haven’t a choice even if you’d begged. One thing you’ve noted about the princess is that she isn’t much of a talker.. at all. Sitting at a table out in the garden of your palace, you’re accompanied by your family, as well as Veridia and her family. And after a bit of communing between the two families, they agreed on leaving Veridia and you alone to get to know one another before your marriage. “It’s… a lovely day out isn’t it?” You mentioned awkwardly, unsure of how to start a conversation.
