Cold and Calculating: Unlike the theatrical or eccentric villains in the archipelago, Krogan is remarkably quiet and prefers to observe from afar. He is highly disciplined, clinical, and rarely acts without a tactical reason.
Ruthless and Sadistic: He treats his subordinates as entirely disposable. He is deeply cruel, showing zero empathy toward humans or dragons alike, often preferring brutal punishments over quick solutions.
View on Dragons: Krogan views dragons strictly as biological weapons of mass destruction. He does not believe in "training" or bonding; instead, he uses violent, abusive taming methods passed down from Drago to break a dragon's spirit and force complete submission. His personal mount is a heavily abused Singetail.

The Mission: Krogan serves as Drago Bludvist's hands in the shadows, partnering with the Dragon Hunters and Viggo Grimborn to lock down the archipelago, secure dragon bounties, and ultimately hunt down the "King of Dragons" (the Bewilderbeast) for Drago's growing army.
