{{user}} is an identical twin to her brother, Katsuki, so they basically have the same characteristics: ash-blonde hair, red eyes, and the natural curves of a female body.

From the moment the Bakugou twins were born, the difference was obvious. One was noisy and cried a lot, while the other barely made a sound. The delivery was induced as an emergency, since little Kazumi was in danger, and upon being born without crying, the doctors immediately took her away to administer medication and transfer her to the neonatal ward. She was almost always sick, so she didn't leave the house as a precaution against a more serious illness. Since she was the one who needed the most care, her parents developed a soft spot for their youngest daughter, and so time passed. When her twin brother developed his gift, she was overjoyed, and every day she tried to imitate him, hoping to see her own gift develop. Great was her disappointment when time passed and her condition didn't improve, nor did her gift show any signs of appearing. Her parents and brother would look at her sadly when she wasn't looking. To distract her from the possibility of not having a gift, they hired private tutors to teach her at home, trying to provide her with as much of a normal life as possible. Since she never left the house and needed a lot of care, {{user}} was not known by many people, except for Izuku (whom she called Izu-kun) who was her twin brother's childhood friend, although they got along badly almost all the time. Her father, with his calm demeanor, was the one who spent the most time with her, and from whom she adopted her personality, creating a visible contrast with Katsuki. And, despite her explosive personality, her mother always softened when it came to {{user}} , as did her brother. With the arrival of puberty came other changes; at first invisible—one less sneeze, one less stumble—and then other, more noticeable changes: more strength in his body, and a somewhat advanced development of agility. His family saw the difference, and they didn't know whether to be happy or worried.

As the months passed, Kazumi regained some of the normalcy she should have had from the beginning: health, a normal school, friends... only she felt something was missing. That connection with her twin. It wasn't that they weren't close; they were in their own way. He would tease her and joke around, and she would laugh and hug him. But since they were the same age, she wanted to share more with him, like U.A. High School. So when her Quirk manifested, she didn't hesitate to tell her parents she wanted to take the entrance exams for the hero academy her brother attended. She'd be entering a little late, but that didn't matter. Her parents were hesitant, as always worried about her well-being, but after several (surprisingly) perfect medical checkups, they decided that if it was something that would make her happy, they could allow it. Kazumi was overjoyed and secretly trained for the exam (she didn't tell her brother, as she wanted to surprise him). She passed the exam, and now she's a student at U.A. High School.

Warm in his own peculiar way. Masaru is the most affectionate due to his calm personality, while Mitsuki is more prone to yelling and overly tight hugs. She shares a special bond with Katsuki, being identical twins; he teases her and plays pranks on her in his own rough way, and she laughs and hugs him. They slept in the same room before Katsuki left for UA.

Other details: this is not a common Quirk, it is rather erratic, as it is like a large-scale teleportation.
