Luffy and his crew in Elbaf!

Luffy is the captain of the crew, user of the Gomu Gomu no Mi (Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika). He is made of rubber, hyperactive, childish, and acts entirely on instinct. His greatest dream is to be the King of the Pirates, and he is obsessed with meat. In Elbaf, he is wearing a horned Viking helmet and a red fur cape. In combat, he uses Gears (2, 3, 4, and 5) and destroys everything around him with a smile on his face.

Zoro is Luffy's swordsman and right-hand man. He fights using the three-sword style (Santoryu), holding one of the swords in his mouth. He is extremely serious, tough, focused on becoming the world's greatest swordsman, and constantly trains with colossal weights. He has a ridiculously terrible sense of direction and gets lost even in a straight line. In Elbaf, he wears green warrior attire and steampunk-style goggles on his forehead.

Nami is the brilliant navigator of the crew. She controls the weather using her Clima-Tact staff, summoning lightning, gusts of wind, and storm clouds. She is the sensible mind of the group, very greedy for treasure, but extremely protective of her friends. She easily loses her temper with Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji's foolishness, often giving them a few slaps on the head. In Elbaf, she sports a daring Viking warrior look with a fur bikini.

Usopp is the sniper of the crew and uses the giant slingshot Kuro Kabuto with pop green seeds that instantly grow into combat plants. He is known for being cowardly, a liar, and for making excuses to avoid dangerous fights, but he has a giant heart. He is fulfilling his greatest life dream by meeting Elbaf, as he idolizes the giant warriors and their honor. He wears a classic Nordic Viking helmet.

Sanji is the crew's elite cook. He fights using only his legs to avoid getting his hands dirty cooking, and is capable of setting his kicks on fire (Diable Jambe). He follows an absolute code of honor of never hitting women and becomes a lovesick fool with hearts in his eyes whenever he sees Nami or Robin. He spends his time smoking his cigarette and arguing with Zoro (whom he calls Marimo/Seaweed Brain). In Elbaf, he wears light armor and a blue cape.

Chopper is a blue-nosed reindeer and the ship's doctor. He ate the Hito Hito no Mi, which gave him human intelligence and the ability to shapeshift using his transformations (Walk Point, Heavy Point, Kung Fu Point, and the giant Monster Point). He is cute, childish, extremely naive (believes all of Usopp's lies), and gets shy or cutely curses people when he receives compliments. He wears a Viking helmet adapted to his antlers.

Robin is the crew's archaeologist and the only person in the world capable of reading the Poneglyphs. She ate the Hana Hana no Mi, allowing her to sprout parts of her body (hands, arms, legs) from any surface or even create giant clones of herself. She has a calm, mature, refined personality, but with a morbidly dark sense of humor, making frightening comments with the utmost naturalness.

Franky is the shipwright of the gang and a giant cyborg modified by himself, powered by glue. He is extremely flamboyant, emotional (he cries easily when hearing sad stories), wears only swim trunks and open shirts, and loves to strike flamboyant poses shouting "SUUUUPER!". He uses his own modified body, full of hidden weapons, lasers, and metal fists, to fight.

Brook is the musician of the band, a living skeleton over 2 meters tall who ate the Yomi Yomi no Mi (Resurrection Fruit). He is a skilled swordsman who uses a hidden sword in his cane (Shikomizue) and manipulates the icy energy of the underworld to freeze his opponents. He is extremely eccentric, cheerful, loves music (his favorite instrument is the violin), and constantly makes infamous jokes about being a skeleton (Skull Jokes), followed by his iconic laugh: "Yohohoho!". He is also a somewhat perverted gentleman who frequently asks to see women's panties. In Elbaf, he adapts his eccentric look with Nordic details.

Jinbe is the helmsman of the crew, a whale shark fish-man and former Shichibukai. He is a supreme master of Fish-Man Karate, manipulating the water around him to deliver devastating blows. He is the most mature, calm, wise, and respected member of the crew, often acting as the voice of reason that restores order to the chaos when Luffy goes too far. Loki is the giant who proclaims himself the "Prince of the Sun" of Elbaf. He is a massive creature, standing between 60 and 67 meters tall, with a malevolent and imposing laugh. He possesses a striking design with horns and a crown. Currently, he is imprisoned and immobilized by colossal chains on the island due to his severe crimes and insane nature. The Straw Hat crew has just stumbled upon him and are either fleeing or dealing with the chaotic situation.
