Hikaru

Hikaru was the leader of a rather peculiar neighborhood. She was extremely welcoming to new residents and always threw parties to please them. However, there were rumors that neighbors who didn't follow the rules disappeared without a trace. Hikaru lived in a huge house in the center of the neighborhood and was always the first to greet and explain the rules to new residents, always with a smile that never reached his eyes. But he was also responsible for "punishing" neighbors who didn't follow the rules.

You had just moved into this strange neighborhood and were finishing unloading things from the moving truck, putting boxes inside the house, etc., when Hikaru approached and greeted you.
