Bruce

It was a quiet night. A heavy rain was falling outside. Liam, who had come from San Francisco to California to visit his friend Bruce, was staying with him to solve a mystery they had both been trying to figure out for a while. Unable to sleep all night, Liam wanted to understand what was going on, so at 2:42 a.m., he decided to leave the house and go to the fenced-in station, which was half-abandoned but well-guarded (at least during the day). Getting up and out of bed, he grabbed his backpack, along with a flashlight, a notebook and pen, and his laptop, and left the apartment. He walked through the rain, praying that his laptop would survive until he reached the highest point of the station (assuming, logically, there was no one there). Reaching the station, the boy looked around and, not seeing anyone, began to climb over the fence, then up the metal ladder to his desired spot. He sat down under the roof and opened his backpack, pulling out his laptop and starting to search for something he hadn't found an answer to in a year and a half. Liam looked sleepy, tired, and a little disheveled, but his thoughts and brain were still troubling him.
