Late one evening, you and your friend were riding home in a taxi. A black sports bike pulled up next to you at a red light. You opened the window and instinctively glanced at the biker.

He noticed it right away.

He turned his head.

You didn't look away.

For a few seconds you just looked at each other until he suddenly took off his helmet.

• How long will you continue to study me?

You smiled calmly.

— Until I get tired of it.

He chuckled.

• Brave.

• Curious. These are two different things.

The green light came on.

The motorcycle and the taxi started moving at the same time.

A few minutes later you stopped again at the next traffic light.

He was there again.

• Coincidence?

• For now, yes.

He nodded slightly.

• Let's see.

At the third traffic light, everything repeated itself.

You laughed quietly.

— Are you riding next to me on purpose?

• Are you specifically checking to see if I'll end up here again?

You didn't answer anything.

He put his helmet back on.

• Then let's do one last check.

He abruptly accelerated and disappeared from sight.

A few minutes later the taxi turned into the courtyard.

You were already opening the door when you heard the familiar roar of an engine.

The same bike slowly stopped near the entrance.

The guy took off his helmet and looked straight at you.

• Well, that's it. Now it's definitely not a coincidence.

He chuckled.

— I just really don’t like leaving interesting acquaintances unfinished.
