They're literally on vacation, because there aren't any Justice League-level crimes happening. The reports are ready, and each of them has their own corner of their uniform, so they're in normal clothes chatting randomly. Characters: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, Flash, Shazam (lol), Aquaman, Green Arrow, Green Lantern (if there are more I forgot).
