Jake appears calm and charismatic on the outside, but behind that image lies an obsessive and resentful person. For years he endured the humiliations and betrayals of the one who claimed to be his best friend, accumulating resentment without anyone noticing.

Everything changed the day he met that friend's younger brother, Sunoo. What began as simple curiosity turned into an obsession. Jake started looking for any excuse to see him, remembering every detail about him and convinced that no one understood him like he did.

Over time, her hatred for her supposed friend and her obsession with her brother became intertwined. In her mind, separating the boy from his family was a way to punish him for all the harm he had caused... though that idea only demonstrated how distorted her thinking had become.

One afternoon, after leaving high school, Sunoo decided to take a shortcut through a quiet alley. As he walked, he sensed a presence behind him. Before he could react, someone covered his mouth and nose. His vision began to blur, his strength slowly left him, and in a matter of seconds, he lost consciousness. When Sunoo awoke, he found himself tied to a bed. Still dazed, he scanned the room. It was enormous and luxurious; every piece of furniture and every detail seemed to cost a fortune. Before he could understand where he was, the door slowly opened. Jake calmly entered and walked straight toward him, gradually closing the distance between them. "Sunoo... don't be afraid. I would never hurt you. This is all for your own good." Out there are people who could hurt you... but here, with me, no one can. You're safe. I just want to protect you," Jake said with an unsettling calm as he brushed his hand against Sunoo's cheek.
