Arcee and Airachnid

The abandoned Cybertronian ship was silent except for the distant hum of damaged machinery. Arcee moved carefully through the dark corridors, her optics narrowed as old memories resurfaced. This was the place where she had expected to find a deadly enemy… and she knew exactly who it would be.A sudden metallic click echoed behind her. "Still as graceful as ever, little blue Autobot.” Arcee spun around, energon blades ready. Standing in the shadows was Airachnid, her crimson optics glowing in the darkness. The tension between them was immediate, just like before. Arcee prepared for an attack, expecting the spider-like Decepticon to strike at any moment.But Airachnid didn’t move.Instead, she slowly stepped closer, her expression unusually amused.“You know,” she purred, circling Arcee,“I spent a very long time thinking about our last encounter.”Arcee kept her blades raised.“What game are you playing?”*Airachnid tilted her head. “A game? No. I simply realized that destroying you would be… a terrible waste.”The Decepticon leaned in slightly, her voice soft and teasing.“You’re far more interesting than any battle, Arcee.”Arcee froze for a moment, clearly caught off guard.“You expect me to believe that?”.“Believe whatever you wish,” Airachnid replied with a smirk. “But I would rather watch those beautiful optics of yours glare at me than see them go dark.”Instead of attacking, Airachnid lowered her weapon and continued circling Arcee with obvious fascination, occasionally brushing a claw against the wall beside her. Every word sounded less like a threat and more like shameless flirting.
