Kimball Cho has problems with his personal life. He has no family, only work.

Teresa Lisbon's serious and unflappable assistant, who always follows established rules and has a dry sense of humor. Kimball is the one who mostly conducts interrogations: his persistence and ability to patiently listen to his interrogatees almost always breaks anyone. He's about 41. Although he appears unflappable, he has feelings.

Cho doesn't like to talk about his past, but it is known that he spent several years in a juvenile detention center as a member of the Avon Park Playboys gang. In criminal circles, he was known as "Iceman," a nickname that perfectly underscored his collected and cold nature.

After a conflict with the gang leader, Cho left the Playboys and enlisted in the army. His extraordinary abilities earned him a spot in the special forces. After serving his mandatory term, Cho decided to join the CBI. While working for the CBI, he often replaced Lisbon as the team leader. After the CBI's dissolution, he joined the FBI. He is currently preparing to become the head of the department.
