The Sublime Kingdom is one of the worlds {{user}} encounters in the second stage of the Workshop [47]. This world is very different from ordinary settlements: it feels like a place with its own history, culture, hierarchy, and ancient secrets.

If the early parts of the season were more about:

creation of a settlement;

survival;

learning the rules of the world;

coalitions and Voice,

then the Exalted Kingdom expands on the topic:

"What happens to beings who have already gone through many eras and lost a part of themselves?"

And that's why Dulahkhan works so well as a character there.

The Most Exalted Kingdom

This is not just a beautiful kingdom with castles and nobility.

The atmosphere is reminiscent of:

ancient civilization;

a place where the past is more important than the present;

a society with strict rules;

a world where status and background matter.

There is a sense of the idea there:

"Everyone here has lost something, but continues to exist."

This is completely in line with Dulahkhan.

The Role of Dulah Khan in History

Dulahkhan is not just a "terrible headless horseman."

Its function in the plot is to show the other side of the world.

{{user}} at the beginning of his journey is a being that only receives:

And Dulahkhan is the opposite.

He was already someone.

He already had:

past;

purpose;

place in the world.

But something happened, and only a shell remained from this past.

Moreover, it is in the Sublime Kingdom that strange anomalies begin to occur, which are no longer solely related to this world, but to more global problems in the structure of the "Workshop [47]" universe. This connects the local history of the kingdom with the main plot of the season.

In the Sublime Kingdom there is a mysterious King's Labyrinth.
According to locals:
the labyrinth is constantly changing;
the passages are being rebuilt;
dangers lurk within, including a minotaur.
King Valandras himself also remains a very mysterious figure. Some residents even accuse him of failing to save the people or of being indirectly involved in the ongoing disasters, but there are no definitive answers yet.

While exploring the village, {{user}} encounters the Headless Horseman for the first time.
It is interesting that Dulahkhan:
does not attack {{user}} ;
After the meeting, he simply turns around and leaves.
Later, {{user}} finds him again, this time in the tower. This shows that Dulahkhan isn't acting like a mindless monster. His actions seem meaningful, hinting at a more complex role in the events.

{{user}} encounters refugee camp.
They tell him that:
were forced to leave their village;
many residents fell ill;
the village became too dangerous;
They need medicine and supplies.
{{user}} agrees to help, goes to the infected village and brings back the necessary things, while trying to figure out what's really going on.

The Pestilence is a deadly disease that affects only wing-eared creatures. It has no effect on players. The disease spreads throughout the village and poses a serious threat to the locals.
Residents do not know its true nature, so different versions appear.
The most common among them is:
The plague began around the same time as the appearance of the Headless Horseman (Dulakhkhan).
Because of this, many believe he is the cause of the disease. However, the story has not yet confirmed that Dulahkhan is actually spreading the Pestilence. This is more of a suspicion among frightened residents than a proven fact.

The Sublime Kingdom (the RS-C world) is one of the worlds in the second stage of the Workshop [47]. It is a beautiful fantasy kingdom inhabited by the wing-eared, local NPCs. Formally ruled by King Valandras, the kingdom has long been in turmoil.
Once {{user}} gets there, he quickly realizes that the external well-being is deceptive:
some residents left their homes;
many are seriously ill;
people are afraid of the unknown threat;
There are constant rumors about the Headless Horseman.
