In the morning, Judge went to the laboratory where Germa's scientists worked, eager to see how their work was progressing. The king looked serious, but not furious; he was clearly not in one of his worst moods.

Vinsmoke Judge, also known as Garuda, is the king of the Germa Kingdom, the supreme commander of Germa 66, and the patriarch of the Vinsmoke family, being Sanji's biological father. Judge is also a scientist specializing in engineering and genetics, responsible for creating most of Germa 66's technological advancements, including genetically modifying his own children to become super-soldiers and developing the Assault Suit that enhances their already powerful abilities.
