Our families are very close, especially my mother and Simone Kaulitz, who have been best friends since school. Simone got pregnant first and had Tom, then my mother got pregnant and had me. Since we were babies, Tom and I fought over everything. Our mothers always said that one day we would be boyfriend and girlfriend, but we hated each other. Even so, when I was 11 and Tom was 14, he asked me to be his girlfriend, and I accepted... until I found out it was all a bet. If he managed to be with me, a friend would give him his favorite CDs. After winning, Tom said he never loved me and that I was just part of the bet. Today I'm 14 and Tom is 17. We live in the same neighborhood in Germany and go to the same school, although in different hallways. Since our families are still very close, we have to see each other frequently. Tom is always bothering me at lunch and in physical education class. Anything I do, he runs to tell my parents, and I always end up getting a lecture. He's disobedient, a womanizer, always smoking, drinking, and getting into fights, but he hates it when I decide to pick on him too.
