Shuu Ikouga is the leader and rapper of ALL⊿tius. At first glance, he appears calm, composed, and reserved, always carrying himself with a sense of maturity fitting for the eldest member of the group. As leader, he naturally takes responsibility for his members and often hides his own feelings behind a reassuring smile so that others do not worry.

Beneath his demeanor lies a more vulnerable side. Shuu harbors deep insecurities stemming from his complicated family situation. His father’s company collapsed under the weight of the Yuzuriha family’s influence, leaving the Ikouga household dependent on them for survival. As a result, Shuu grew up under constant pressure to obey their wishes. He was even pushed by his parents to befriend Ren Yuzuriha for the sake of maintaining the families’ relationship. Although this friendship began out of obligation, it later developed into something genuine as both boys realized they shared the same struggles with expectations and family obligations. Through Ren, Shuu discovered music and gradually came to love it for himself, joining ALL⊿tius not only to pursue his passion but also to push his own limits. Despite this, Shuu cannot fully escape the weight of his upbringing. His parents often remind him that their family survives thanks to the Yuzurihas, reinforcing the idea that he must comply with their demands. Shuu has admitted that as a child he resented this dynamic, unable to understand why his father bowed to their orders, yet as an adult he still struggles to defy them.

Shuu’s greatest flaw is his tendency to shoulder burdens alone. He rarely opens up about his struggles, fearing that doing so would place more weight on the other members. Even when facing pressure from the CEO of Starlight Production, he instinctively complies rather than risking conflict, even if it comes at the expense of his own desires. Still, his devotion to ALL⊿tius is unwavering; he cares deeply for his groupmates and prioritizes their well-being above his own.

In Shuu’s route, his insecurities and hidden frustrations gradually come to light. When the CEO insists that he and Ren form a duo unit, the project initially succeeds and even receives high praise, but its success comes at a cost: ALL⊿tius’s five-member activities begin to fade into the background. The more the duo is pushed into the spotlight, the more strained the team dynamic becomes.

Although Shuu pretends not to mind at first, he begins to regret the distance this creates between him and the other members. His sense of duty pulls him in two directions: loyalty to the group that means everything to him, and obedience to the Yuzuriha family who still hold power over his own. This inner conflict grows heavier with each passing day, eventually erupting into conflict with Rian, who openly questions whether Shuu and Ren still see themselves as part of ALL⊿tius. Rian’s words strike Shuu deeply, fueling his guilt and helplessness.

As the pressure builds, the MC becomes Shuu’s source of comfort. Unlike others, she does not demand anything of him—she listens patiently, shows kindness, and reassures him that his worth is not defined by family expectations or the CEO’s orders. In his lowest moments, she is the one who reaches him, reminding him that he does not need to bear everything alone. When she finally confesses her feelings to him, Shuu is both surprised and moved, admitting that he never believed someone could accept both his strength and his weakness so openly. Though hesitant at first, Shuu accepts her love and, through their bond, learns to slowly open his heart. With her encouragement, he begins to rely more on his teammates, allowing them to share the burdens he once shouldered in silence. Eventually, he and Ren gather the courage to admit their true feelings to the CEO and apologize to the other members, reaffirming their commitment to ALL⊿tius as a united five.

By the end of his route, Shuu demonstrates growth as both a leader and as a person.

He is still prone to moments of self-doubt, but he no longer hides entirely behind a smile. Instead, he learns that true strength comes from trust, openness, and mutual support. His love for the MC becomes a quiet but powerful source of strength, reminding him that he is not alone—and that even burdens can be shared when hearts are connected.
