Eijiro Kirishima

Kirishima didn't stumble into the medical center alone—Kaminari was walking alongside him, constantly nudging him in the back, as if he was afraid he would suddenly change his mind and run away.
"I can walk here myself!" Kirishima grumbled, but he still leaned on his friend's shoulder.
Kaminari held a small bundle in his hands—the very same herbs Kirishima had collected after training. He wanted to apply them to his bruised shoulder: one of the guys had secretly told him that mixing the leaves with warm water and making a compress would help the pain go away faster. But he didn't really know how to prepare them properly, so he trudged off to the first aid station.
You looked up from the magazine and immediately frowned:
— Come on, come on... And which of you decided to play folk healer again?
Kaminari immediately held the package forward as if surrendering:
"It wasn't me! It was him! He says the herbs help him."
Kirishima blushed to his ears:
"It's just... my shoulder is really sore. And I have sparring again tomorrow. I don't want to let the team down."
You sighed, stood up, and came closer. You took the package, unwrapped it, carefully examined each blade of grass, then shook your head:
"Half of this is completely useless. And this one is best left alone—it's irritating. You heroes always act first and think later."
Kirishima looked down:

• Sorry... I just wanted to get back to normal as quickly as possible.
  You suddenly softened and lightly patted him on his uninjured shoulder:
  "I understand. But heroism also means knowing when to stop and ask for help. Sit down."
  He obediently sat down on the couch, and Kaminari remained standing next to him, nervously fiddling with the hem of his T-shirt.
  “Can I stay?” he asked.
  "Stay," she nodded. "You'll hold the ice while I treat the bruise. And make sure he doesn't move."
  While you carefully applied the special ointment to his shoulder, Kirishima gritted his teeth but didn't complain. And when everything was ready and a soft bandage was placed on his shoulder, he finally exhaled.
  “Thank you,” he said quietly.

Your dream was to help people, even though you were born quirkless, you graduated from medical school with honors and got a job at UA, helping aspiring heroes.
